In episode 4, the reason Sang Won reacted the way he did to the fact that Yeowoon had new shoes was because he thought his mom (the woman that was talking to him before leaving with her car -she looked too young to be a mom 😂 -) gave yeowoon the shoes since she is trying to replace him with yeowoon as a model. That's why he looked guilty when he realized Myungha was the one who bought the shoes and not his mom. In this episode, Myungha went to buy the trophies (medals) of Yeowoon back, the ones his father sold because he knew it was important for Yeowoon. It's what he tried to give him but Yeowoon got angry. He also choose not to break up with Yeowoon at first living the last days with him but when he realized he wasn't making Yeowoon happy anymore he broke up. Myungha has so much care for others but not for himself. He doesn't understand why Yeowoon is angry. It's like he's fine if his own happiness is erased from the equation.
