Why don't we take some time to recommend other artists on Patreon to check out? It's at least something to ease up on the waiting. I'll start here. One of my favorites on this site would have to be Zedrin. If you're a fan of overly-endowed characters, he has beautifully-drawn 2D artwork of that in spades, both of OCs and pre-existing characters like Curly Brace and Shantae. And you can access basically all of his art for $30 a year, which is quite a bargain given he uploads around 2-3 times per week. Yeah though, fill up this comment section with artists you would recommend. I'm not being paid or told to do this, for the record. It is entirely of my own free will.

If Scrag is really still working on animations the radio silence is abhorrent. He said so himself that he would try to break the habit of "justifying long waits with more to show" and frankly I'd rather get screenshots and text posts about projects over this six month thumb twiddling he has us all doing. Like it's officially been over six months since the last posts now, also making this even longer than the last drought from last December to May. Forreal, Scrag has got to break this habit or consider not doing Patreon because getting paid for half a year while giving nothing back is ludicrous.

This has gotten to the point of thinking he just has no reason to post anymore, since he makes more money from this than he'll ever need. There is a genuine chance he never comes back, because why would he? He gets paid to do nothing, so why change that? Coming back means expectations are lumped back on him instead of the current situation of giving up, and there won't be enough people leaving to change that. Hell, even I haven't unsubbed despite all my complains, because I keep clinging to the idea that "this cant go on forever", but it can. We are his paypigs that stay out of hope, and he could reasonably live with that forever. Nothing I said is wrong, so I am sure I'm right. What else could be fuelling this wait other than laziness?

I am hesitant to give out any specific promise of 'An animation every X weeks', but there will not be a content drought as there has been so far this year. Those of you who have continued to support me despite my silence have my deepest thanks. There is an unfortunate thought loop I get in of wanting to justify the length between updates by generating more content which in turn leads to longer periods between updates. A loop I know I need to work to break. I intend my future actions to speak louder than words in that regard. More to report soon. - Scrag

Things happen and life gets turbulent, I completely understand, but when you're getting monthly payments from subscribers you have an obligation to let them know what's going on
