Native integration of Google Calendar with Discord

With that, a big update just got rolled out:
Native integration of Google Calendar, instant refresh of GCal's and show event/calendar color in Discord -> /paru link
- Your Google Account can now be connected with Paru and directly sync one or more calendars into Paru - all combined with existing .ical links
- Each change to an Event in Google Calendar is synced immediately to Paru
- Reminders and sync from Discord is performed at the regular refresh intervals (100% on-time reminders for Patrons)
- Sync to Discord is also instant with Google Calendar changes
- You can enable to show the Google calendar- or event color next to the event in Paru
- Soon: Connect multiple Google accounts to one Paru calendar
Other minor changes:
- Improved dialogue flow, styled dialogues and improved signup flow
- Various bug fixes
