Tier 3 Reopened!
Added 2020-03-01 04:56:19 +0000 UTCStarting the month of March 2020, tier 3 is now open again to all patrons to join and will no longer be limited. The tier 3 requests will be first come, first served, received only in stream, and be flat-colored (2 character max, no complex color schemes, no bgs) as well.
