今回は、画像の順番やシチュエーションを一枚ずつ手作業で組み立て、各カットシーンで狙いどおりの構図になっているかをチェックしました。以前は i2i（image-to-image）方式でいろいろ調整しても、思い描いたような美しい絵にならないことがありましたが、今回はバリエーションのあるカットシーンを出せて個人的には満足しています。これまで同等のクオリティを出すには週末まる2日を費やしていましたが、今は数時間でラフを出せるようになりました。ここからさらに短縮していくのが目標です。

アップロードについても変更があります。これまでは Early Access の後援者のみだと思っていましたが、今後は少しずつ VIP1／VIP2／VIP3 の方も増えそうです。そのため、Early Access・VIP1・VIP2・VIP3 向けに投稿を分ける予定です。ただ、すでに（うっかり？）VIP1 や VIP2 に加入された方もいらっしゃるため、当面は VIP1／VIP2 の皆さまもすべての投稿をご覧いただけるようにします。私の説明が分かりにくく等級を誤解されたのかもしれませんし、より多く支援したいというお気持ちかもしれません。

いずれにせよ、皆さまの受け取る特典が減ることのないようにします。ご安心ください。いつもありがとうございます。

This time, I built the image order and situations by hand, checking whether each cutscene delivered the composition I wanted. In the past, even with lots of tweaking using an i2i (image-to-image) workflow, the artwork didn’t always come out as envisioned. This round yielded a wider variety of cutscenes, and I’m personally satisfied. Previously, reaching this quality took my entire weekend; now I can draft a set in a few hours. My goal is to keep shortening that time.

There’s also an update about uploads. Until now I assumed only Early Access supporters, but it looks like VIP1, VIP2, and VIP3 supporters are starting to appear. So I’ll begin separating posts by tier—Early Access, VIP1, VIP2, and VIP3. That said, since some people have already (perhaps inadvertently) joined VIP1/VIP2, I’ll allow VIP1 and VIP2 members to view all posts for the time being. It may be that my explanation was unclear and caused confusion about the tiers, or that some of you simply wished to support me at a higher amount.

In any case, I won’t reduce the benefits you’ve been receiving. Please rest easy, and thank you as always.

这次我把图片的顺序与场景逐一手工搭建，并逐个检查每个分镜是否达到想要的构图。过去即便用 i2i（image-to-image）流程反复调整，也常常达不到理想效果。这一轮产出了更丰富的分镜，我个人还算满意。以前做到这种质量往往要占满整个周末两天；现在几小时就能出一版初稿。接下来我的目标是继续缩短这个时间。

关于上传还有一些调整。原本以为只有 Early Access 支持者，但现在似乎会陆续出现 VIP1、VIP2、VIP3 的朋友。因此接下来会按等级分别发布给 Early Access／VIP1／VIP2／VIP3。考虑到已经有朋友（也许是不小心？）加入了 VIP1 与 VIP2，近期内我会让 VIP1、VIP2 也能查看全部帖子。可能是我说明不够清楚，导致对等级有误解；也可能是大家想用更高金额支持我。
