You do really well with that sort of thing and I’d love to see more of that. Also, hi from Egypt! I’m here seeing family for a little bit, so falling asleep to ASMR will help with the jet lag 😃

I think that considering the questions while I try to rest to the ASMR is like “counting sheep” in that it focuses and distracts my brain while I wind down, so it really helps me fall asleep. I hope that one wins but they all sound like nice ideas!
