Introduction

With the release of PRB02 in the later stages of the OP12 meta, the competitive landscape has experienced several notable shifts. This week’s meta report breaks down the Top 10 decks observed in the 1B+ rankings on the OPBounty simulator, highlighting performance trends, shifts in deck strength, and the influence of PRB02 cards on the evolving format.

#1 — Blue/Purple Luffy

Still holding onto the top spot this week is Blue/Purple Luffy. While it hasn’t received any new tools from PRB02, the deck’s hallmark consistency, adaptability, and tempo control continue to set it apart. Its ability to adjust its strategy against virtually any matchup while maintaining resource advantage makes it both the most popular and most reliable deck in the format — once again cementing its position at the top of the meta.

#2 — Green/Purple Luffy

After hovering around the 5–6 range for weeks, Green/Purple Luffy finally breaks into the top tier, bolstered by significant upgrades from PRB02. The introduction of Green Luffy gave the deck new offensive reach and tempo options, while the addition of Purple Nami has dramatically improved its consistency and early-game stability. Together, these additions have elevated the deck’s overall ceiling, enabling smoother curve plays and more reliable access to key combo pieces.

Green/Purple Luffy performs well into Blue/Purple Luffy, one of the most-played decks, and can high-roll its way through nearly any matchup. With strong fundamentals, flexible Don!! management, and explosive payoff potential, it’s now a serious top-tier contender that rewards skilled and adaptive pilots.

#3 — Green Zoro

Green Zoro continues to prove its enduring power and flexibility across all levels of play. Its efficient game plan and straightforward sequencing make it a reliable choice for both new and veteran players alike. With strong board control tools, Don!! manipulation, and the ability to transition seamlessly into aggressive restand turns, Zoro remains one of the most balanced and consistent decks in the meta — a mainstay that refuses to drop from the top five.

#4 — Bonney

No surprises here — Bonney maintains its position among the top decks thanks to one of the most efficient leader abilities in the game. Its remarkable consistency, combined with strong mid-to-late game scaling, ensures Bonney continues to perform well against a broad range of matchups. While the rise of Smoker introduces some new pressure points, Bonney’s versatile play patterns and efficient card economy make it an ever-present force in the current landscape.

#5 — Rayleigh

At number five, Rayleigh stands out for its dominant matchup spread and near-unparalleled adaptability. The deck’s efficiency allows it to hold its own against most archetypes, and experienced players can fine-tune their lines to overcome even tough matchups. Its main hurdle remains Enel, but with that deck seeing limited representation, Rayleigh continues to be a high-skill, high-reward pick in the upper meta bracket.

#6 — Red/Green Smoker

Red/Green Smoker has once again emerged as a relevant meta player. The PRB02 inclusions of Koby and Law give it new tactical options, boosting both tempo and removal efficiency. Smoker maintains solid win rates across much of the field, and its multiple viable list variations make it highly adaptable to shifting trends. Finding the right build remains the key challenge, but Smoker’s ability to adjust while maintaining core strength keeps it firmly in contention.

#7 — Blackbeard

Blackbeard remains a deck defined by extremes — it can dominate control matchups but struggles against faster or more adaptive decks. With PRB02’s impact and the rise of Smoker and Green/Purple Luffy, both tough matchups, it has slipped slightly in ranking. However, its ability to completely lock down unprepared opponents ensures it still holds a dangerous niche in the hands of a patient, strategic player.

#8 — Shanks

With Green/Purple Luffy and Red/Green Smoker stealing some of Blue/Purple Luffy’s spotlight, Shanks finds an opening to shine again. The inclusion of new PRB02 cards like Law strengthens its tempo plays and versatility, making it better positioned than before. While Blue/Purple Luffy remains a challenging matchup, Shanks’ explosive finishers and raw aggression ensure it remains a lethal wildcard capable of stealing wins from the top decks when piloted well.

#9 — Enel

Enel continues to hold a steady presence in the meta as a strong counterpick against decks like Rayleigh and Zoro. Its reactive, resilient playstyle makes it difficult to pin down, though its popularity has dipped as more players have grown comfortable navigating the matchup. Even so, Enel’s defensive tools and comeback potential keep it a reliable and relevant choice for those who favor its grindy, patient gameplay.

#10 — Purple Katakuri

Rounding out the Top 10 is Purple Katakuri, a deck revitalized by PRB02 additions — most notably the new 7-cost Pudding, which allows it to cheat out powerful threats. These upgrades have made the deck far more cohesive and consistent, improving its matchups against a range of popular decks. While still somewhat underrepresented, Purple Katakuri’s potential growth in the coming weeks is worth keeping an eye on.

Conclusion

This week’s rankings highlight how PRB02 has injected fresh energy into the OP12 meta, reshaping the hierarchy without completely overthrowing established powerhouses. Blue/Purple Luffy remains the gold standard for flexibility and control, while Green/Purple Luffy’s surge — fueled by the new Green Luffy and Searcher Nami — demonstrates how small consistency upgrades can redefine a deck’s standing.

The field remains fiercely competitive, with Bonney, Rayleigh, and Smoker all jockeying for stable top-five spots, while Shanks and Katakuri illustrate the meta’s growing openness to experimental lists. As players continue refining their builds, it’s clear that adaptability, deck fluency, and familiarity with PRB02 tools will define success in the weeks to come.
