OP11 Meta Report – Week in Review
As the OP11 format continues to mature, the competitive landscape is crystallizing. Consistent contenders are rising to the top while others fade without the right matchups or pilot finesse. This week, the meta hierarchy sees some key shifts, with new threats climbing the ranks and established decks holding firm. Based on high-rank ladder performance and in-depth matchup analysis, here’s where things stand.
How Our Rankings Are Calculated
Our list isn’t simply based on winrate — it’s shaped by a layered evaluation:
Matchup Strength: We give more weight to wins over top-tier decks, rather than fringe matchups, using a logarithmic scale to highlight true format impact.
Popularity: Beating decks that show up consistently in high-rank games is more meaningful than wins over rarely played leaders.
Contextual Winrate: Raw winrate is factored in alongside matchup quality. A deck that wins often but struggles vs. the meta's top threats won’t place as highly.
High-Rank Filtering: Only matches at 1B+ rating are counted. This keeps the data focused on high-level play and deck mastery.
This gives us a realistic view of how each deck stacks up when it matters most.
1. Blue/Purple Luffy – The Format’s Apex
Still the best all-around package. Strong card draw, board control, and powerful endgame tools keep it firmly on top. Its ability to flex between tempo and control makes it a nightmare to pin down — even with a growing bullseye on its back.

2. Belo Betty – Refined and Ruthless
A clear threat. Betty’s blend of early aggression and midgame pressure is no longer just volatile—it’s reliable. As lists tighten and pilots refine sequencing, Betty has surged past other aggro decks in consistency and ceiling.

3. Buggy – Still a Meta Staple
Buggy holds steady thanks to its balanced gameplan. It disrupts hands, pressures leaders, and closes out games with polish. Smart tech choices and flexible lines keep it competitive across the board.

4. Purple Luffy – Underrated No Longer
Climbing the charts. While Blue/Purple gets more attention, pure Purple Luffy has been quietly racking up results. Strong finishers like 8-drop Katakuri give it a solid place in the current field.

5. Green/Purple Luffy – Volatile but Lethal
Momentum-heavy and matchup-dependent, but capable of running over unprepared opponents. G/P Luffy remains a high-ceiling deck that rewards risk-taking and proactive play. Still strong, but slightly edged out by more consistent options.

6. Bonney – Holding On
No longer dominant, but still relevant. Green Bonney continues to reward clean sequencing and deep matchup understanding. With faster decks gaining popularity, it's getting squeezed, but hasn’t dropped off entirely.

7. Yamato – Creeping Up
A slow burner. Starter deck upgrades have made Yamato smoother, and into certain matchups, it's surprisingly effective. Still rare on ladder, but gaining ground with pilots who understand its grind-oriented style.

8. Blackbeard – Swingy as Ever
Capable of blowouts or bricking. Blackbeard continues to suffer from inconsistency, but when it lines up, it steamrolls. Risky, but rewarding in the right hands and with good draws.

9. Reiju – Smart Counterpick
Quietly sneaking into the rankings. Reiju has solid matchups into several top decks, especially when the pilot is tuned into the field. Still niche, but offers solid rewards for those who know how to leverage it.

10. Zoro – Still Punching
Zoro hangs onto a top 10 spot by doing what it does best: punishing slow starts and racing down the life total. It struggles into some control-heavy decks, but it's still a scary opener in tempo-heavy matchups.

Conclusion
The OP11 meta is finding its rhythm, with Blue/Purple Luffy still setting the pace. But below the top spot, there’s plenty of movement: Belo Betty is climbing fast, Buggy remains consistent, and decks like Purple Luffy and Yamato are proving they have real staying power. The lower half of the rankings remains volatile, with Reiju and Zoro eking out spots thanks to their targeted strengths. As more pilots refine their builds and get reps in, expect the meta to continue shifting — and possibly tighten even further at the top.

I wonder would you ever consider including an 11-15 ranking that maybe doesn't have deep analysis but just lists the leaders?
