theres a megaman contest? anyway, im guessing it spits out stuff after the sucking i imagine that, when he sucks objects in, the objects come in slowly to give time to megaman to dodge and as a bonus, theres some collectible items for megaman in the stuff, tus giving it a certain risk/reward aspect in dodging good to get the goodies
