Fixed a bug appeared in 4.08 with SEGI Texture was not applied.
Also fixed some opacity functions for Next-Gen Item Shader.

Hi, is it possible to modify the “Next-Gen Dick” shader to support condom rendering? I really like the new shader, but there are scenes where condoms are required. If the condom isn't integrated directly into the penis mesh/shader, animating it properly becomes a real nightmare. The original hooh version was able to display condoms, but after switching to Hanmen shaders, there doesn't seem to be any way to make condoms render anymore.
