It's a sea dragon, I actual like the concept horns as they make sense for less water resistance. I like the under chin extra whiskers too

Looks like I'm the minority in liking the more streamlined horns xD I like them going with the 'flow' of the design and not being too large, because between the ribbon-fins, whiskers, AND horns I'd worry about it all getting to be too 'busy', especially with all these elements concentrated together on the head/face together.

I like those models! But I agree that the horns could use a little bit extra. How about some thin, feather-like end bits like some corals have? Plain 'twigs' like they are now really seem to be underwhelming for most people. Just my thoughts-
