If each of these downloads represents a family of five listening to it together, that's five thousand listens. The second episode is now up on the RSS feed. We have submitted for review to a few different pod listening apps so we will keep an eye on that.
Public episodes will continue to post every Monday morning for the foreseeable future. We are starting to work on new features which will roll out under a new Patreon tier in the next while. Some of the ideas we are looking into:
- A newsletter by Donald that will include a few jokes, show notes, blowhard answers to political questions and other fun dontent.
- A Discord server managed by Tom which will let people ask questions, discuss our project, hurl insults at us and so on.
- Guest episodes with our goofy friends, group episodes politely discussing topics we find interesting like religion, life, etc. - and solo episodes of Tom and Donald letting off some hot air about things we are thinking about.
Anyway, thanks for bearing with us as we work out the bugs.
