When it comes to a full-body cardio workout without equipment, there are plenty of exercises that can get your heart pumping and muscles working. Get ready to break a sweat and burn calories with these impactful exercises that target multiple muscle groups.

Starting with burpees, this exercise is a fantastic way to engage your entire body and get your heart rate up. Begin by standing with your feet hip-width apart, then squat down and place your hands on the ground in front of you. Jump your feet back into a plank position, then jump them back towards your hands. From there, explosively jump up into the air with your arms extended overhead. Repeat this movement for a set number of reps or time.

Another effective full-body cardio exercise is mountain climbers. Begin in a high plank position with your shoulders directly over your wrists. Draw one knee towards your chest, then quickly switch to the other knee, as if you were running in place. Keep your core engaged and your movements quick and controlled. You can increase the intensity by performing the exercise at a faster pace or by wearing ankle weights.

Moving on to jump squats, this exercise targets your lower body while also getting your heart rate up. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower yourself into a squat position, then explode upwards, jumping as high as you can, and landing softly back into the squat position.
