2024-01-08 05:50:08 +0000 UTCWith the squatting competition - one thing that people don't understand is that guys like jin-soek (who I am talking about in particular) who have a lot more weight / muscle actually would have a more difficult time. Remember, he is ALSO lifting his own body weight too and he is a lot bulkier than the other men. Generally speaking, the more you weigh, the more difficult it may be to perform squats because you're lifting more weight. Also, if anything this challenge was measuring endurance (how long can you last) rather than strength. That's 2 different things. Most strong men, while very strong, do not have great endurance because of their size/weight.
