2月4週目の更新です。
こんにちは、2週間振りの更新ですね…。
先週の初めに体調が優れなく、そこから喉の痛みから寒気と発熱といった具合に去年か一昨年味わったコロナの初期症状っぽい感じで、ほぼほぼ一週間床に伏してました。
先週の日曜日辺りには大分回復したので、今週の初めからは3Dモデルの勉強と作成に勤しんでいました。

Hello, it's been two weeks since my last update...
I wasn't feeling well at the beginning of last week, and from then on I had a sore throat, chills, and fever, which reminded me of the early symptoms of COVID-19 that I had last year or the year before, so I was bedridden for almost a week.
I had recovered quite a bit by last Sunday, so from the beginning of this week I was busy studying and creating 3D models.

リアル調のエンジンだと、もうフィギュアそのものって感じがしてワクワクしますね
まだシェイプキーを作成出来る段階ではないので、笑顔を見せられないのが残念ですが…。
次週はここから、細部の調整、UV展開から身体のテクスチャの作成、髪の骨組みと物理演算用の骨組みの作成、胸やお尻に小さな物理演算の試験、その後に1枚目にある洋服を作成予定…といった感じになります。
ただ、やはり体の骨組み…特に股関節部分が納得のいく設定に出来ず
一部の表現を取ろうとすると身体の形状が破綻してしまい目も当てられない状態になってしまうので、体の可動域の制限が少し出来てしまい少し残念な気分…。
その影響が洋服関連にも必ず出てしまうので、どうにかしたい半面、ここを拘り出すと多分一生完成しないので、一旦このまま進める事にしました。
正直アダルトな動画用のモデルなので、股関節部分の制限が出てしまうのはかなりの痛手ではあるのですが…リギングは本当に難しい。
(この後のUV展開も難しいですが…)
1月の段階ではもう少し早くモデルは完成出来ると思っていたのですが
やはり骨組みの股関節部分の調整の理解が全然出来ない上に体調不良が重なって
2月中の完成が難しくなってしまい、申し訳なく思います。
まだまだ試行錯誤する必要がある部分はこれからも大分あるものの、
モデル自体はもう少しで完成する予定ですので、3月に動きのテストを兼ねたちょっとした動画は出せる様、引き続き勉強を頑張りたいと思います。
このモデルが完成したら、色々とやってみたい事を実験しますよ…!
触手とかスライムとか獣とか含めて…!
What do you think...? The hair and tail are mostly done, so it looks pretty good, doesn't it?!
With a realistic engine, it feels like a real figure, which is exciting.
I'm not yet at the stage where I can create shape keys, so it's a shame I can't show you the smile...
Next week, I'll adjust the details, create the UVs and body texture, create the hair framework and the framework for physics calculations, test small physics calculations on the chest and buttocks, and then create the clothes shown in the first picture...
However, I still can't get the body framework...especially the hip joints to be satisfactory, and when I try to express some parts, the body shape breaks down and it becomes unbearable, so I feel a little disappointed that the range of motion of the body is slightly limited...
This will definitely affect the clothing, so while I want to do something about it, if I get too hung up on this, I probably won't finish it, so I've decided to continue as is for now.
To be honest, since this is a model for an adult video, it's a big blow that there are restrictions on the hip joints... but rigging is really difficult.
(The UV unwrapping that follows is also difficult...)
In January, I thought I could complete the model a little earlier, but
I couldn't understand how to adjust the hip joints of the frame at all, and I was also feeling unwell, so
it's difficult to complete it by February, and I'm sorry about that.
There are still many areas that need trial and error,
but the model itself is scheduled to be completed soon, so I will continue to study hard so that I can release a short video in March that also serves as a movement test.
Once this model is finished, I'll experiment with various things I want to try...!
Including tentacles, slime, and beasts...!
