New mod update server for KKManager (test)

As many of you have noticed by now, our current update servers are not fast enough to deal with many concurrent users. They can get overloaded, and they appear to be completely blocked for some users. The huge amount of required bandwidth made finding an affordable way to host the updates (especially after getting banned from mega) difficult. 

Thankfully it looks like we found a good solution. It offers really good speeds, but if we push an unreasonable amount of traffic we might get dropped. Because of this we decided to release this update server to the public gradually (so we can watch what happens). Because of this I will limit this new update source to patrons $5 and up for now.

Please use this new update source responsibly so that everyone can benefit. If you need to download the entire Sideloader Modpack or a very large part of it, consider downloading the entire pack from latest links/torrents provided by DeathWeasel (Koikatsu, EmotionCreators) or STN (AI-Shoujo, HoneySelect2).

How to use

• Download the attached .zip file that's best for your region (EU or US). The "Onlypaidserver" version will make KKManager only use the patron-only server and are useful if other servers are blocked or extremely throttled by your ISP. The "Allservers" version will use both the patron-only server and the normal KKManager servers, which can make it much faster.
• Extract the downloaded zip file and use the contents to update your current KKManager installation (overwrite all old files if asked). KKManager is usually installed in the game's root directory. Make sure that the UpdateSourcesDebug file ends up directly inside KKManager's directory.
• Start KKManager and look for mod updates. If everything goes well you should see a list of updates as usual, and the download speeds should now be much faster.
• To go back to standard update servers, remove the UpdateSourcesDebug file inside of the KKManager directory. 
• Installing HF Patch will remove the UpdateSourcesDebug file so remember to re-apply this after installing the patch.

In case you have issues with this new update source you can remove the "[UTILITY] KKManager\UpdateSourcesDebug" file. This will make KKManager use the old update servers (they should be less congested now).
