I'm sure the action will pick up soon enough! But know I appreciate the pacing here massively.

S1 base is in its story telling and character development all leading up to Canute becoming king. S2 IMO is in my top 3 seasons of any anime of all time, while it lacks action it makes up for it in compelling and rich story and character growth. Trust me John, you will grow to absolutely LOVE this season.
