It was meant for controllers but was added as an extra option for keyboard users as some like to use a radial menu there too, but originally you'll be able to use the number keys to select different modes as it was the simplest placement for them at the time. I'm still experimenting how I'll go about it like with the numbers or toggling through them with a single key but there will definitely be multiple options for preferred play styles.

Is the Radial menu going to be the only way to interact with the menus moving forward? Or is it just an option? The only reason I ask is having played No Man's Sky on PC, their menu style is very much designed for controller only and feels super, super bad to interact with using mouse and keyboard. If you're moving all menu interaction to the radial menu, please make sure that ease of use and flow are tested!
