Gacha Cummy Animation Update
Added 2025-02-15 17:29:50 +0000 UTCHello and welcome to this week’s Gacha Cummy update! While we’re working hard on the next chapter, we’re here to share some news about our progress and future plans!
When we first launched the game, it lacked animated scenes, which was a pretty big difference compared to our previous game that featured plenty of them. However, we’ve been steadily shifting back toward animated scenes, and now, we’re considering taking it further!
We're seriously considering incorporating Live2D into story content to make it look livelier than before! Below, you can check out a WIP preview of how it might look once it releases in the update.
Additionally, we’re considering re-animating some of the existing still CGs! However, as previous CGs were not built with animation in mind, it might take some time before we actually do them.
Live2D differs from the traditional frame-by-frame animation we’ve used so far, so we’d love to hear your thoughts about it! Do you like it? Would you like to see more or less of it?
Also, don’t forget that the current VOTE for the characters to receive high affinity with the Black Lipstick is still underway! Help us decide who will get their own look, scenes and more by voting in the poll!
