Everyone who is a product of time travel no longer exists. The entire Nielsen family is gone because they only exist because of time travel and Martha and Jonas coming together. So the people at the end were the ones completely untouched by time travel. Also, the time machine doesn't exist because Tannahus didn't have a reason to build one. Bartosz doesn't exist because Regina and Aleksandr never met in the woods, because she had no reason to be trying to avoid being bullied by Ulrich and Katharina. Charlotte and her daughters don't exist because Peter didn't have to come to Winden to take care of Helge. Noah of course, doesn't exist because of Bartosz not existing, but also because Hannah would have never gone back in time to sleep with Egon to get Silja. The reveal here is that Regina's father is Bernd Doppler and not Tronte Nielsen as the show hinted at.
