Think of the time loop they are in like a spring. The same events keep happening over and over again. The apocalypse is when the next loop of the spring starts. The next cycle begins until the next apocalypse and then the next cycle begins.

2025-03-29 19:37:50 +0000 UTCI think you guys probably realize after the reaction but it makes sense to forget Agnes is Ulrich grandmother because last time we seen her was for a couple seconds with Egon's wife Doris in the season 1 finale. Noah is Jonas great great grand uncle. Wanted to say thank u guys for reacting to this show and I know in time everything will make sense but I have watched this show many times and I always find something new I didn't realize lol but I've been enjoying the reactions and can't wait for more.

The only other person who would know besides Noah is older Helge who was already loyal to him at that point. I didn't hear any of you mention this but in that photo of Adam, Noah, and the rest of Sic Mundus, Agnes was in the photo beside Noah. Other bad things that happened to Egon are the alcoholism and loneliness he felt in the 80s. He isn't close with his daughter, his wife left him, and he is a drunk "failure" of a cop. Claudia went to visit him in the 50s because his life was unraveling from that point forward.
