2025-06-14 03:04:48 +0000 UTCOne of my favourite eps of the show. I get why Kate said no to that first proposal as he didn't say he loved her. Silly boy. But he nailed it at the end. Everyone focuses on the bane of my existence as the Anthony line, but personally, it's in here when he says he'll humble himself before her as he can't live without her. I wish they'd not done the sister triangle plot and would've liked more on Kate individually, but I like this season and Jonny Bailey is superb in showing all sides of Anthony. Great also to see someone also see Pen's side in the Eloise plot too. She did do it to save her from the Queen and permanent ruin - she wrote she was spending time with political radicals, which suggests in a group/protest meeting etc. She didn't write that she was spending time alone with a young man of the lower classes. That would've been a real scandal and she was right to tell Eloise to stop such reckless behaviour. Sure, she also benefitted but that wasn't the only reason. And had Eloise actually listened to her friend over the years she might have figured it out sooner. The moment she really listened to Pen, she realised!

There's a needledrop that gave me frikkin chills when I realized what it was and what was happening! What a good season this was too! Not my favorite for sure but it was pretty good.

I get why Kate was like “whoa what.” But then he nailed it with the romantic proposal. Kanthony forever!!! Excited for Queen Charlotte!!

A 100/10 season, it is top tier Bridgerton (again...Queen Charlotte not included because that is a masterpiece too)
