Update/Preview 67

Have another look at the draft for Blazing Trinity ch9. It’s done and in editing, should be done and uploaded sometime this week.

Also, I’m absolutely not getting the Annapocryphal done this month, because I’ve already written 8k words and I’m barely halfway through my planned scenes. So, instead I’ll be posting the first half of the draft as a little treat sometime after BT. This half-draft will be the length of a normal major upload, and the completed story will be in excess of 20k words. I’ll have the complete version done next month. About the Annapocryphal; so you aren’t all surprised when I do release it, I’m trying something different with it. Instead of my usual tighter narrative form I’m trying something a little closer to Dane Namor’s spread style from the Awakening story The Cruel Mother’s Gift and Other Tales Through Time. Basically, it’s less a story as it is a collection of various scenes over the course of Awakening centred around SI/Anna. If that makes sense. It’s working pretty well, so far, but I’ll let y’all be the judge of that when I post the initial draft-half.

Not a lot else going on. I spent all weekend stuck on a boss in Shining Resonance, and only just beat it yesterday. Best feeling ever, yo. I’m also getting my last wisdom tooth pulled this time next week, so I’ve taken a week off to recover (the damn things all decided to come in at different times, literally years apart...). In which I’ll probably just binge-game the entire time. I want to get Shining Resonance and Persona 5 done so I can finally get started on Yakuza 0. All that while tripping balls on painkillers is gonna be great. Hopefully I can get some writing done, too, but we’ll see.
