It's a difficult thing for sure! And one of my favourite parts of our patreon, but also something I have to keep a close eye on to keep it fair (fairness means a lot to me!). If you have any suggestions on what I might be able to do to make it work better, please let me know ^^ Fortunately, the extra % to get picked based on how long it's been since last time you got art has been working wonders on keeping it fresh, as well as having a cooldown timer of 1 month. However, I may extend this to 2 months. I run numbers on it to keep track, so if it helps, here are some stats: - We have about 40 regular attendees. Out of those, there's about 12 who come every stream. These are the ones who you see a lot of in the archives, since they've been around for over 2 years! - On average, a single person gets an art every 8 months. (Monetary value = $16) - The most the RNG has been cruel to someone was 15 months, oof. - The nicest the RNG has been to someone was 3 arts in the span of a year! - We currently have 3 people with a x6 bonus, and 7 in a x3 bonus. 30 in a x1 bonus, meaning they're either newer, or have gotten a piece in the past 6 months :D (EDIT: Just took a peek, only 5 of those 30 are new!)

I just feel getting selected for the monthly stream is near impossible. I've attended 7 of them and I feel the same users get picked multiple times. Maybe I'm just seeing stuff but it's come to the point I don't even hold my breath.

Can you put the PSD files in a separate download for the monthly art pack? I am fine with the high-res JPGs and having to download the PSDs too, means just longer wait time.

Thanks Chidike!! ^^ Hmm, seems like that's a popular suggestion. It might be a challenge to come up with a system that would work for it while being as fair as I can, but I'll start brainstorming for next month! As for the discount to commissions, I actually used to have that! Just took it off for the time being, as my commissions are currently closed. It will be back <3

I like what Minion suggested, it would be super fun if there was a chance at getting our OCs used for the monthly TFs. Maybe a slight discount to commissions for the Packleader tier? Aside from those, everything is good right now! Really enjoy your content of course!

Thanks Dom, I'm so glad to hear it! ^^ Love that idea too, hmm... realistically I could only ever do a very small fraction of OCs. Number wise, I do 12 packleader journals per year, and currently have 90 people in the tier. That's excluding any potential growth or people leaving over time, too, so it probably wouldn't work out. However, I really appreciate the suggestion! :D

I am loving the content so far! If others are okay for the Packleader, maybe those in that tier could offer their ocs to be used for or help make the volunteer for the TF for each month.
