0 for hat
Alt + 0 for glasses
9 for pubic hair
8 for cat ears

Requires TexFX for transparency. Also uses ORFix for reflections. (check pinned post for links/instructions)
Note: Only the more recent TexFx-outlines version seemed to be compatible with the base game using textures to hide parts of the model.
