Doctor Akiko Yosano heals by causing more damage. Due to "unforeseen mishaps" a certain heel was planted between your legs. The gracious and outgoing doctor that she is, she'll make sure to slowly inflict more and more damage until they're healed... granted she may want to be "thorough" and treat them multiple times~
