Hey guys... Maybe for the first time since the summer of 2019 I won't be on time delivering what I was supposed to for various reasons. Some of them have to do with the game development.
To be honest I tried to change some mechanics of the game to make it faster and more interesting. For example I introduced random encounters. I'm hoping this will make dice rolling more interesting.
I had a long review as comments in Itch.io from a player that spent some time giving me a rough but fair feedback. In the end he liked TTPS but some of his suggestions for changes were not bad. If you want you can read it and agree or not with it. I'll repost his messages on discord if you care to have a look.
I don't make games for money. Of course financial support is important but let's be honest. 20 or 120 $ don't really matter if I make a shitty game. Video games and drawing in particular is my passion and my joy. The moment I turn this into a 'job' isn't gonna be good for anyone. I mean I could have continued like this doing a small update, release it and so on.... But it wouldn't be fair for your time and it wouldn't be fair for the game.
So I prefer to lose my deadline but at least deliver something that is fun to play. When? Let's say at the end of July... In a month more or less. Until then, you will not be charged for July so I would be happy if you decide to stay a little bit more and see what happens. Cheers.
