I read an excerpt from the book to accompany this act of self portraiture.
The juxtaposition of the excerpt with this footage makes me smile. I’m not the stereotypical artist alluded to in the passage. In fact, being an artist has far exceeded my own expectations! As a kid and a college student, I couldn’t have imagined the support and connection that exists through the internet. Nor could I have imagined what an “internet” was…
