In the cold November rain
Added 2022-12-01 22:10:11 +0000 UTCI got a final coat of green on my wood mountain. I left it drying outside, where I’d painted it.
I didn’t give it another thought until the following morning as I sipped some coffee and planned my next steps for this project. That’s when I realized I’d left it outside all night. In cold, heavy rains.
It’s been two days of careful drying in the hopes that it would not warp. Scraping and sanding away the paint that had bubbled, and finally re painting. Just to get it exactly where it was two days ago. Oops.
