I thought she was just doing the videos for views and if she actually filed a lawsuit she’s even more mentally unwell than she appears ( she appears extremely mentally unwell).

I thought as a kid he was turned to the abnormal/evil/bizarro version of the character. Growing up black and gay I found that Lamar from Revenge of the Nerds and Hollywood Montrose from Mannequin were both positive portrayal ... despite being played by straight actors. The characters being openly gay was never a source of conflict in the movies; they were the heroes; and they were funny without being the punchlines.

2025-05-25 18:07:59 +0000 UTCFyi you can file in forma pauperis (IFP). This means you don't have enough income to pay filing fees. You have to prove that to the court to be able to do it, and then you're granted IFP status. The opposing party can contest someone's IFP status in a hearing. The court usually auto grants it for some factors (is on food stamps, on SSID, etc) or by using a metric of family size v. income. Even though you don't pay filing fees, you'd still have to pay an attorney and if you lost you would still be required to pay a judgment. I'd be VERY surprised if anyone suing you for defamation was genuinely IFP status but I'm not your attorney, I'm sure they are on it.
