I've been delayed a bit in posting these daily concepts due to some personal travel this last week or so but I am still making a good amount of work to share :)

One of the ideas I've been exploring are people that are knights and priests dedicated to specific existing Seraphim from Angelarium. There's a lingering question of how much these sorts of NPCs should resemble their patron Angels. I want to incorporate colors and design motifs from the existing Angels, but I don't want a design that's just a humanified version of them. A big part of this project is building whole cultures that spring up around the gravesites of the Seraphim, so I need to find a good balance of measuring out the balance of taking inspiration from the old designs and building in new ideas that help establish the lore of these people.

Ideally, I'm going to take a swing at all these ideas more than once, but I've been favoring covering a lot of ground rather than drill down right away. The hope is that the process of reviewing a lot of different ideas will give me a sense of what approaches to design are working, and what aren't.
