HYDRA 1.7B PRO (BIG UPDATE) - RELEASED!

Despite the daily destruction of my city (I'll tell you about it in a separate piece), this month I managed to both survive and fulfill plan.
I'm glad to present you a new global update that affects almost all key features. It is not only bug fixes, but also performance improvements, interface simplification and new features.

I would like to emphasize the new comparative performance test for GPU's, new diagnostics for NVIDIA, simpler RTX/GTX-TUNER tab  as well as T-CONTROL and HYBRID OC updates.

* Code quality. This is the third month of code refactoring with undocumented bugs fixed.
* Added comparison test for GPU. Between default state and the state written in "Global" profile ("RTX/GTX/RX-TUNER" tab).
* Improved game trigger, which significantly affected "HYBRID OC" and "T-CONTROL".
* Adaptation of HYDRA to new NVIDIA drivers, improved fault tolerance.
* Improved "T-CONTROL" stability and added new game modes. Example: "0-A" - CCD#0 in auto mode(non SMT/SMT), "0-P" - CCD#0 only physical cores(non SMT)).
* A new generation of diagnostics for NVIDIA graphics cards. The speed of passing has increased many times over. Improved accuracy.
* Diagnostics for AMD graphics cards is also somewhat faster.
* Temperature throttling of the GPU is now not perceived by diagnostics as over-overclocking.
* Simplifying the interface and eliminating some settings for user comfort.
* Changed "Idle" profile configuration for "HYBRID OC", so stability is slightly improved.
* The "Game" profile for "HYBRID OC" has a dynamic VID.
* "MT" profile for "HYBRID OC" is now able to handle heavy loads. That is, "MT" and "MT HEAVY" are now one and the same.
* The background activity of the application has been reduced. For active "T-CONTROL" and "RTX-TUNER", the background activity is now 0%.
* Fixed behavior of driver reload button for NVIDIA graphics cards.
* Fixed some bugs and infinite loop for CPU diagnostics - "AMD CO" search mode.
* Fixed incorrect monitoring during CPU/GPU diagnostics if application is in minimized state.
* "Response speed" metric moved from "LOGS" tab to monitoring section.
* Fixed a GPU diagnostic bug where false adapter instability could be found in the first 20 seconds of a test.
* Graphics settings for GPU diagnostics are now configured automatically.
* Editing and working with "Profiles Table" (HYBRID OC) has been slightly improved, double click handlers have been added and single click handlers have been removed where they are not needed.
* For "APPE", I have turned off some registry edit options due to non-addictive system behavior when using the latest OS updates.
* "HOC mode" got some additional rules, now depending on the mode the "HYBRID OC" behavior is significantly different.
* "RTX/GTX-TUNER" tab made as simple as possible.
