A pair of new autistic friends have booked annual leave in order to fill each other in on every single detail of their entire lives so far, sources have said.
Emma Bernard, 30 and Olivia Buckingham, 34, are said to have instantly clicked - and therefore urgently need to debrief on all the important details of their existence - or simply, all the details of their existence.
Bernard commented: “Getting to know a new person is usually an organic process of gradual sharing and lowering of walls over a prolonged period of time. But Olivia is also autistic, so I’ve put her on the fast-track programme.”
Buckingham agreed: “We both need to know all the important lore, from core special interests to who we’re expected to loathe on each other’s behalf.”
Buckingham and Bernard could not be reached for further comment, as they were taking turns delivering dramatic readings from their teenage diaries.
