The reason he couldn't say anything was for Bright's sake and Kiryu's sake as well.

But for Kiryu, he felt that he had never been trusted by Evil.

If he knew the secret of the Revived Hunters, Kiryu might kill Bright. It was true because he couldn't shake that fear in Evil.
