Upcoming Patron Early Access Sale Information

Make sure to read all of the information if you're thinking about purchasing one of the elnins coming up!

• Date/Time of Sale: Saturday, April 1st, 1pm PST.
• Design information: There are four elnin designs up for sale (Designs are based off the following locations: Enmir, Strynhalde, Silveil, and Ahza). Each adult elnin comes with one fosterling.
• How it will work: I will post the four elnins  here on Patreon for people to claim for the AB price of $850. Of the four, there will be a maximum of three designs sold. That means only the first three design claims will be counted, and the remaining elnin will then be moved to DA for a public auction.
• Payment plans: Please discuss them with me via discord messages or DA notes prior to the sale. 

The following rules are to ensure that things remain fair:

• Claiming: You may only attempt to claim ONE design at a time. No "I want A, or if not, then B". In order to try for a different design, you must post a new comment. Limit one design per person, regardless of whether or not you're fast enough to post individual claims on multiple designs.
• Proxy claims: You may only claim for yourself -unless- you are claiming for someone who also has access to the appropriate reward tier. Keep in mind that if you're claiming for someone else, it counts as your slot, so you will not be able to purchase an elnin for yourself as well as another person.
• Trade/Selling cooldown: In order to prevent any bypassing of pledge requirements to patron-only sales, all early access purchases incur a selling/trading cooldown period of one month. That means any design obtained through early access cannot be sold or traded immediately after purchase.

Regarding the kittoms: 

• Each design comes with one fosterling bonus. Because the design is a bonus, and was not meant to be a standalone adopt, there are some additional rules to consider!
• The kitten is allowed to be gifted/traded to any other early access patron immediately upon purchase, however once ownership is established, it will then incur the usual one month trade cooldown for any further ownership transfers.
• The fosterlings are not related to the adults in any way, and will not be listed as family on the masterlist. 
• Because there are two designs for each set, I will allow patrons to partner up if they wish to co-pay as long it is clear that one person owns the adult, and one person owns the baby (it is not ok to have both people co-own both designs). To reiterate, this is available to patrons only, so both people must be pledged at the appropriate tier to purchase together.
• If you are claiming with another person, you must also notify me of the amount being paid by each person so that I may adjust the maximum sale value of the adult design. NOTE: The kitten can be traded, but not sold! That means if two people team up and pay $700(for the person keeping the adult) and $150(for the person keeping the kittom), the the maximum sell amount for the adult will be adjusted to $700, but the kit design will still be considered a trade-only adopt and cannot be sold for any amount.
• The fosterling elnins function the same as the upcoming breeding kittens. Which means that they DO NOT grow up on their own, but can be grown at a later date via purchased slots (which can be paid for via group currency (EC) or USD (through paypal) whenever the slots become available.

I've written these rules trying to focus on keeping things as fair as possible, and to protect everyone's pledge investments. If anything comes up that appears problematic, it can and will be adjusted for future sales.
