Scorebars v10.0! - Collectables and Accounts Update!

This update is all about the user/viewer with the new account system and the collectables that can be acquired in many ways!

Your current Admin Panel link will still work at the moment, but will be removed soon, because its accessed via the Dashboard now, so make your account and attach your Admin Panel that way and you're back where you need to be.

[New] - Changed the Navigation for the site

[New] - Dashboard has been added when logging in now as a regular user/viewer

[New] - Under the Dashboard, you can see your record against all of the opponents you've played against.

[New] - Collectables: Users can acquire collectables of players through the Viewer Portals as they win wagers. They can collect these or sell them to the shop for coins.

[New] - User Collectables Shop: Users can collect little collectable version of players with different rarities as something fun to do, but to also sell them back to the shop for coin so they can use them to redeem games and such.

[New] - Added CAPTCHA to the Login and Register pages.

[New] - Users can now redeem their Collectables with a key if they choose on the Dashboard.

[QOL] - Changed "Gulag Assassin" badge requirements. Now unlocks for participating instead.

[QOL] - Adjusted word case in stock history

[QOL] - Brought the Admin Panel into the Dashboard.

[QOL] - Admin Panel now has the same style as the rest of the site.

[QOL] - Fixed an issue where users couldn't put their Twitch names in. Idk how long that's been a thing but its fixed now.

[QOL] - Added a new timer that doesn't skip numbers and get all broken/skip numbers if you switch tabs in the Viewer Portals

[QOL] - Adjusted some Badhe requirements so they unlock after a set win and not 1 match win

[QOL] - Added a total count to the Reward Shop Items in Admin Panel

[QOL] - FINALLY got the little box which shows you how much you won in your wager to work. OMG so much problem solving to get there for something that should've been so easy but wasn't working how it should've, UGH!.

[QOL] - Added Appreciation/depreciation day counts to collectables
