You must be at least a "free member" of 3DX NIXAH to be able to see the digital article and the associated promo image in the collection - videos section.
Below the promo image, there are two buttons called "Trailer" and "Buy Now". Clicking the "Buy Now" button will take you to the store where you can purchase the item.
It is also possible to go directly to the shop via the Patreon menu bar. For items that have not been purchased, the promo image is watermarked. When you buy a digital article, the promo image of the video becomes visible.

The Patreon app issue has been fixed! It now works perfectly on mobile devices like Samsung Android and Apple system. I've attached a screenshot. Thanks for the info!
