Volcano Expedition 02 | Alien Forge

Ahoy, Hoppers! 🪐

We're back with part 2 of this month's Volcano Expeditions theme!

For these packs, we've done things a bit differently as an experiment. We've very slightly reduced the overall number of base assets in the packs, but have also created 2 new base maps for each release!

Alien Forge contains 25 Volcano Expeditions assets, including:

• Alien Crucible

• Weapon Stasis

• Lava Engine

• Fire Motor

• Fireglass Weaponry

and more!

For each of the maps in this theme, we've released a version with a small expedition camp, and where appropriate - a blank version. These maps will be released as images and as a Foundry VTT module, complete with:

• Walling

• Dynamic Lighting

• Local Sounds

• Canopy Elements

Volcano Temple

Beneath ancient ruins in a desert of Ash, explorers have located the remnants of an alien temple, within the sweltering crust of this planet. Several fiery crystals seem to be powering the structure, long after its abandonment.

Foundry users are able to pass beneath multiple canopies of overhead decoration.

 Volcano Forge

Deep in the heart of a particularly large volcano, a reinforced chamber has been constructed to utilise the power of the mountain for industry. Here, complex alien machinery draws from the lava to create indescribable weapons and technology of unknown use.

Foundry users are able to pass beneath the overhead piping.

 The Foundry module manifest file for Volcano Expeditions can be found in the Full Cargo tier list, and will continue to be updated throughout the month!
