2024-10-28 02:57:10 +0000 UTCThe confucian ideology presented in this chapter mirrors the ideology and rhetoric of the republican party to such a frightening degree, I have a hard time enjoying the chapter as a form of escapism ;-) Concering Qiu Jinwei: It would be somewhat funny if the Emperor is luring out the jackals, who want to split the Emperor's faction, by manufacturing public dissonance between his main supporters. Beyond that, there are countless reasons for Jinwei to mistrust Kayla, some of them completely understandable. I hope Kayla will show her chops and gets a win soon, because everything has been going wrong for her again and as a longtime reader, I've grown tired of that.
