Fluffy Mod Manager v3.000 release - 7Zip and ZIP support! Uncharted 4! And faster preview loading!

This contains the same features as the work-in-progress builds I've uploaded recently. I've done a lot of testing and I think the new features are stable.

The biggest addition is probably that mods can now be distributed as 7Zip and ZIP archives. I decided to bump up the version number to 3.0 so mod authors can easily tell users that they need to use at least version 3.0 of the mod manager (that number is a bit easier to remember than version 2.259).

One note about 7Zip support: The mod manager likes to read individual files from archives and that's REALLY slow if a 7Zip archive is compressed as a solid archive. If you're going with 7Zip, I highly recommend compressing the archive as non-solid. This is also applicable to RAR archives, but WinRAR defaults to non-solid. This is not applicable to ZIP as that format doesn't support solid archives.

Another big addition is support for installing Uncharted 4 mods as loose assets (it's extremely similar to how support for RE Engine games work). That combined with recent developments with importing models by alphaZomega and others, it looks like we might end up having a fairly active Uncharted 4 modding scene. One big change is that the mod preview screenshot happens in a different thread, which means there's no longer any stutter as you browse the mod list. This was especially noticeable with mods that were stored as solid archives. I've added support for 3 different variants of transitions between mod preview screenshots in Options->Advanced Options:

• Fade: Crossfade between screenshots
• Shift: Move the screenshot window in and out of view
• Instant: Instantly switch between screenshots with no animation
