Fluffy Manager v2.253 work in progress - Automatic conversion of TEX to new RE2/RE3 format

First of all, if anyone is using an unpatched version of RE2 or RE3, then DO NOT download this version of Fluffy Manager!
I'm experimenting with a feature that automatically converts textures (TEX files) to the new format used in the new patch for RE2 and RE3. This means old mods that only contain textures will work with the new version. The vast majority of mods are still incompatible, though.
I'll try to make an update for REtool tomorrow with the same conversion feature.
I'm not sure how to best approach this modding conundrum. There are 3 approaches:
- Implement full conversion of every format used in mods. This is definitely the ideal solution, but there are many formats used in mods and many of them are very complex. So this would take a lot of work and time to accomplish.
- Update modding tools to support the new version. I think this will happen soon as many formats are the same or extremely similar to RE8's format, but it's not realistic to re-create every mod that has been made for RE2 and RE3. It would mean a ton of mods will end up being abandoned and remain incompatible.
- Ask Capcom to allow downgrading to a previous build on Steam. They did this with RE5, and I think this would be a good option, especially since there are other issues with the new builds (worse performance and stuttering).
Here's the full change log for this Fluffy Manager build:
- By adding "CheckIfModManagerIsRunning: 0" to config.cfg it's now possible to make the mod manager skip the check to see if it's already running and auto-quit.
- Improved the check if another Fluffy Manager process is running when it's booting up. Now the check compares window title in addition to process executable.
- Fixed a bug where the mod manager refused to install a mod because it failed to ignore an empty PAK file contained with the mod.
- Fixed a bug where bundles with no installed mods would be listed when using the "installed only" filter.
- Added an experimental feature that automatically converts TEX files to the new format for old RE2 and RE3 mods.

Thanks for your effort! One of the best things about the RE modding community is the large number of tools developed by Alpha and Co. I prefer not to think that all that hard work can be lost definitely.
