HDRI controls free addon!
Added 2024-09-23 17:05:56 +0000 UTCI was tired enough of not seeing that button for quickly rotating an HDRI in Blender everytime I need it - so I made it !
With a simple addon that is made in chatgpt basicly, and here you can download it too.
