Content Update: The Wild Beyond the Witchlight

Hi everyone,

I just pushed some significant updates to the monster parser into production, fixing several issues like

"Come join the circus"

The release of the newest source book "The Wild Beyond the Witchlight" (which is quite a mouthful for non-native english speakers, as I have to admit, the abbreviation twbtw is a constant source of mistypings throughout my evening, too ;)) caught me a bit by surprise, as I thought it would be available tomorrow.

But still, I can proudly proclaim that is is now importable using VTTA including all maps, rolltables, journal entries, monsters and items. Of course, I wasn't able to check everything in detail due to this very short time since release, but I am equally confident that we will find any discrepancies (and correct them) in due time.

Formatting of the sourcebook was changed ever so slightly, but that took me quite some time nevertheless: Anchored headlines threw the parser off significantly, and a nasty lazyness regarding string comparisions lead to very curious results - that was a "head -> desk" moment when I found the root cause of one chapter disappearing and the first chapter appearing twice during import. Well, well... all is good now.

The most positive surprise was the quality of the maps: I licensed an AI-driven image scaling plugin and planned to use it on this sourcebook to create 5ft grids for all maps right from the start, but that wasn't even necessary this time: All maps are grid aligned out of the box, having a 100px or 50px grid, allowing me to fly through that part of the processing instructions rather quickly. Amazing, thanks D&D Beyond (or WotC? I don't know...)

What is left to do: Walling, lighting, monster placement. This will take reading through the adventure in way more detail, but I still wanted to release it in it's current state for everyone interested rather quickly.

Enjoy and stay lovely,

Sebastian
