Content update 10/18

Hey everyone I just wanted to give you guys an update for this week and of course what’s coming down the pipeline. First off this week there is no new tutorial lined up. Over the weekend I was on a lil trip to Naniamo staying for 2 nights to attend the first annual Emerald Brush painting competition held by my friend and fellow student Ian! Being a guest judge, I was honoured to see over 60+ entries from locals and travellers across the west coast. Ranging from gaming 32mm, 90mm busts, vehicles and dioramas. Brilliant pieces, connecting over the weekend with fellow painters, turning heads, and inspiring the Warhammer gaming crowds to pick up a focused brush and push their skills past the “tabletop standard”. And honestly with all the judging, travel, and a busy weekend I needed to rest up on the Monday; recharge myself for some much exciting projects on the horizon.

Coming first is the new Trugg’s Great Troggherd for AoS! In this tutorial series I want to bring focus on techniques to tackle larger creature monsters with another approach to utilize the combination of brush and airbrush. Something that will be new to the Patreon.

Second is a Character Bust of the a Goblin Mercenary from Spiramirables miniatures, sculpted by Lucas Pina Penichet. This is my first Bust to be recorded for the Pro Palette and also one that I will be live-streaming for all Members on our Discord. I’ll be going live on Tuesday 13:00 PST. I hope you can join me for the whole session, or just come in for any length of time. It will be great to see you on there. As well for others who can’t make it live, I’ll be recording the session and will post it for your viewing on your time schedule.
