Love the channel! My whole family is colorado natives and while i’ve tried to research on my own, my ADHD seems to prohibit it lol. Rocky Flats was a nuclear production plant that had a lot of accidents... including a significant nuclear waste. The government “cleaned” it up and deemed it safe, so subsequently developers came in and built a GIANT masterplan community. It really concerns me they were able to do this, and the development company is suspect in themselves. you’re not even allowed to drink the tap water. I know “investigative” stuff like this isn’t what you usually do, so I don’t expect you to do a deep dive on the company. If you are running low on ideas I highly suggest checking this out!
