You have so much variety in your body of work it's astounding. For me, above all else, it's the education. I've worked in hospitality, did for 7 long years and I don't think I slept properly for most of them. I don't miss the 2am finish with the 6am starts but it builds character, it strengthens you, the shit handed to us makes us prepared for everything else. People will always try to hurt you, bring you down, make you feel weak but you are so not weak!
