2022-02-25 13:49:18 +0000 UTCSo maybe the question about video games shouldnโt be do video games make people do violence, but rather something like do video games make people more or less passive to particular social issues. Like for Call of Duty: does or does not the median CoD player accept the war on terror? A lot of this would be biased by the language used in a study. Like saying โsupportโ rather than โacceptโ implies engagement rather than passivity. But you could create ordinal indices to register those distinctions.
