Sketchbook PDF- July
Added 2018-07-31 23:41:51 +0000 UTCHey guys! This is July's sketchbook PDF-- there are lots of notes on shop product ideas, as well as base sketches for my new stickers and thumbnails for some bigger pieces I've made this month.
The first watercolors were some sad attempts at plein air paintings; but the watercolor sketchbook that I've been using (Stillman & Birn Beta Landscape sketchbook) doesn't have the best paper. I know lots of people loooove Stillman & Birn sketchbooks, but I really don't like them all so much. I've been liking the landscape format of it, so I've been trying to experiment in it and to fill it up, but all in all, I won't be grabbing one of these again. The landscape format is pretty fun though, and I'd like to try another out but from a different brand.
I do really like my current dry media sketchbook- the Pentalic Drawing sketchbook that I talked about a while ago. I love the thick and cream pages, and I love the smooth paper for mechanical pencils. I'll definitely be repurchasing it again. :-)
