I think the weirdest thing is that the monster looks so shitty that it’s legit terrifying. Like the bad molding of the face and infected looking eyes somehow makes this crappy monster look legitimately scary….probably one of the few times the movie’s poor visual quality helps. Though that could just be me, I don’t know
