Important Orb Origin Opinion Poll
Added 2024-07-29 23:01:06 +0000 UTCI've previewed the whole Ultraman Orb video and I'm shaken by a particular segment. The part where I talk about Orb Origin Saga is so depressing in my mind, I'm genuinely so bored of that show and it comes off in the review, that I'm considering going with an alternate version.
The current edit goes on for nine minutes and talks about the actual show, in not-terribly-analytical terms, as well as the canceled chapters. This is the version of the video I find uncompelling.
HOWEVER, I have prepared a shorter, three minute version that brushes as much as I can say about the show under the rug and focuses mostly on the canceled chapters. I find THIS edit more compelling since it doesn't drag a video about Ultraman Orb, the 25-episode season I actually *like*, down into a more negative review of its worse prequel.
SO, that's where you come in. If you find the current nine minute version entertaining, vote to keep it in. If you think a three minute cut that strongly de-emphasizes it would make the overall video better, vote for the second option.

Go with your gut, especially if you think it'll be more appealing to new viewer. If you ask me as a patreon, longer content is better. I watch your videos because of your video style, humor, and your takes, good, bad, or indifferent. 9 mins of you going in on a boring show from your favorite series is interesting to me, but I've watched you get lead poisoning from bootleg toys, praise the best of toku, and then suffer through Don Dohler films.
